We keep the focus tight. Four platforms we know deeply, with clear build paths from baseline to full builds.

Base Recommission (Stage 0): mechanical baseline + reliability work (cooling, brakes, steering, electrics, leaks) so it’s safe and usable.
Restoration (Stage 1): structure/rust + mechanical rebuild - staged milestones, not open-ended chaos.
Restomod (Stage 2): drivability + performance packs (project dependent): 4.6 upgrades, touring packages, modern braking/suspension, NVH and ergonomics.
Full Build (Stage 3): ground-up build to a clear spec: exterior, interior, drivetrain, suspension, compliance planning and shakedown.

Option packs (RRC):

Interior pack: seats/trim, sound deadening, ergonomics, climate improvements (where feasible)
Touring pack: cooling margin charging, lighting, long-range drivability.
Off-road pack: geometry, underbody, recovery points, practical durability upgrades.
V8 performance pack: driveline planning, heat management, brakes/suspension to match (project-dependent).

Base Recommission (Stage 0): servicing + known issues baseline (cooling, sensors, driveline, boost control).
Fast Road / Track Pack (Stage 1): suspension, brakes, setup + reliability-first power upgrades.
Restoration / Showcase (Stage 2): body/paint + mechanical refresh with OEM+ modernisation.

205: restoration + OEM+ upgrades (chassis, brakes, drivability).
106 AWD conversion: integration-focused builds with proper documentation and testing.
Bridge: AWD 205 S and other programme work can be scoped once feasibility and budget are confirmed (Rebel Autoworx pathway).

Base: recommission + reliability baseline (cooling, electrics, driveline).
Restoration: mechanical + cosmetic work staged to a plan.
Fast Road / Exhibition Pack: suspension, brakes, setup, targeted performance work (road first).
